Official programme for the for the UCI MTB World Cup in Nové Město to be heldon 24. - 26. May 2013.

Start fee: 10 Euro
Only riders registered for the main XCO event on Sunday may participate. The race is organized according to the valid UCI rules for MTB.

Course:
The course length is 1170 meters and includes natural as well as man-made obstacles.

Special rules:
Riders start in the Qualification with the number bibs given at the registration. A Rider with the lowest start number starts as last. First 32 riders in the Qualification make it into the Final. Riders will be seeded for the Final according to the time they reached in the Qualification. The Final is organized in heats by 4 riders. Best 2 in the heat make it into the next round. 2 best riders from every Semifinal Heat make it into the Big Final, the last 2 in every Semifinal Heat qualify for the Small Final.

Riders start with both pedals clipped, being held by a seatpost by their team staff. Any sign of pushing a rider from the side of the team staff will be penalized with disqualification.

Note:
SKI = accommodation at the hotel Ski,  directly in the World Cup event centre
Ski C = 3-person bungalows inside the hotel Ski area
Type A = **** / B = *** / C = ** /
APP = 5-person appartments with kitchen (no food service)

Please download the official booking form and fill it in to make your reservation. All reservations are valid only after the payment is settled. Payment details and other information regarding your accommodation will be sent to you after submitting the reservation form. The filled-in forms shall be mailed to our booking agent at accommodationnovemesto@gmail.com

The reservations are done on the first come first serve basis. Our booking agent will keep you informed on the status of your reservation.

Refunds for cancelled reservations:

• by 31. March 70%
• by 30. April 50%
• after 1. May 0%

You may park only in designated places. Spectators may park in parking areas P1 – P4.

Parking fee is 50 czech crowns per day.

Please abide organizers instructions in order to prevent any complications. If possible, have the amount of 50 czech crowns prepared.
